STATEMENT
‼️Dear Visitors, Guests, Friends,
After the events of the recent weeks, we have come to the decision that there is only one responsible thing for us to do in the current situation: as of Saturday, 14 March 2020, Akvárium Klub is closing for an indefinite period. The closure concerns the entire facility.
We are doing this because we believe that in the current situation, the only solution is to come together and for everyone to do their own part for the sake of the common good.
Akvárium Klub must not serve as space or opportunity to spread the virus.
Akvárium is one of the major cultural-entertainment centers of Budapest, where guests, tourists and well-known artists from the local scene come week by week.
Since the state of emergency has been declared, we have canceled all concerts, parties and other events and are working on rescheduling them, yet from Saturday, we will also be closing the bistro and terrace.
In these challenging days and weeks, we consider the health of our guests and employees to be all-important.
We encourage you to stay at home! This is the most you can do for your own health and that of your friends, families and everyone else. We have faith in you and if we all do the utmost to follow the regulations aimed at curbing the coronavirus we can soon welcome each again at our favorite place to be, Akvárium Klub.
Take care of yourselves and each other!
See you soon!
Akvarium Team
