Klangphonics Invite You on an Emotional Rollercoaster Ride
With their new release, Zest, Klangphonics invite listeners on a diverse journey spanning a range of moods and styles. The German trio’s live shows draw audiences deep into their inner worlds while offering a sense of release. Having most recently
performed in Budapest ahead of Padre Guilherme, they now return to the city on March 10, bringing their biggest live tour to date to Akvárium Klub.

Klangphonics is a collaborative project that reflects the artistic vision of Maxl Walmsley- Pledl. Originally founded as a live band in 2017, the project has evolved beyond the traditional boundaries between a band and a solo artist. On stage, Klangphonics perform as a trio, with Maxl joined by fellow founding members Ben Kopfnagel and Markus Zunic.
Independent from the outset, the group’s DIY approach to social media has earned them millions of followers across online platforms. They have toured consistently for almost a decade, and the Zest tour marks another exciting milestone, featuring the biggest shows of their career to date.
The songs on Zest, due for release on October 30, took shape towards the end of 2025. The record features collaborations with long-time creative partners including Anna Metko, BRØR and LUCIE, while also exploring new musical directions with artists such as Grammy-nominated band The Bros. Landreth.

Zest is a richly varied journey where house- and techno-inspired production meets delicate, nuanced songwriting. At times euphoric and at others melancholic, it seeks to convey the full emotional range we are all capable of experiencing through electronic music.
